When approaching from Cork City, follow the N71 route coming from Cork - leading to Bandon. Proceed through Innishannon towards Bandon. While passing through Bandon, we suggest you make use of the relief road, allowing you to bypass the town itself. From here, follow the signs pointing to Clonaklity. Once again, use the by-pass to avoid going through the town, and follow signs pointing to Skibbereen. Rosscarbery is situated 8 miles to the west of Clonaklity. As you approach Rosscarberry, you should be able to note the hotel's distinctive stone tower where it stands close to the water's edge, right on the main road.
The distance from Cork City to Rosscarberry is roughly forty miles, requiring around fifty minutes of driving. A daily bus service provides transport to and from Cork City. Cork airport receives flights coming in from all over the UK, including Dublin. Various ferries are also available covering different routes.
